Sue saved our chance of getting our dream house! The home-buying saga actually began with us speaking with Sue to get some information on what we would be able to qualify for. We were extremely happy with how simple she made everything, then like fools we went with a family friend who was a lender at a big name bank. We eventually got into escrow after a promise from this bank of approval, they didn't deliver. Two weeks into escrow they canceled and we were mortified. We game Sue a call out of desperation and she was there for us on the spot. In a matter of 3 days Sue had given us our hope back, AND gotten us a better loan than we were going to get with the other business. She continues to be there for us whenever we have any issues and all I can say is, please go with Sue to begin with!!! She is incredibly easy to reach and seems to always have the answer, or gets the answer within a matter of hours.
