Where do I start! Matt is absolutely the best! He’s best quality is being honest! It’s a scary venture buying and signing for a home. Matt basically holds your hand the whole way. He’s available anytime to work along with your work schedule. I was pregnant during COVID while in the process of purchasing my first home. If Matt can handle a crazy hormonal first time mommy to be, I’m certain he can meet all your needs. He was so great, I referred him to my dad. They had won the bid in one of those lendingtree sites, but were then forcing me to add loan insurance, which I did not need (PMI). With time running out on the locked-in rate, I turned to what was then Mountain West Financial. Matthew got me a very quick deal on a cash out zero-points 15 year at a much better rate than Ladera. He is very professional and knows how to help a borrower with minimum stress and great outcomes. Highly recommended.
